Dr. Hou Hongying is the professor at the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Kunming University of Science and Technology, China. Her research interests focus on new energy sources, such as fuel cells, lithium-ion batteries, sodium-ion batteries, supercapacitors and other electrode materials, electrolyte membrane materials, etc. So far, she has published more than 100 academic papers in important domestic and foreign academic journals such as, ChemsusChem, Journal of Power sources, etc., and applied for more than 25 patents. She has gained good academic influence in related academic fields and reviewed papers for important international magazines many times. Dr. Hou is the review expert of the National Science Foundation, and CSC, is the member of the Chemical Industry and Engineering Society of China. She is serving as the associate editor of Frontiers in Energy.
